Thrive Nigeria is an annual leadership Conference designed to bring focus on various sectors of our national life, and what steps we must take to adapt, innovate and build the needed capacity for change. It will be about promoting leadership that seeks to build functional capacity rather than dependency. At the individual, family, societal and national levels; what steps must be taken to develop the critical mental infrastructure needed for progress. Dealing with adaptive challenges will often require we wrestle ourselves, our identity, preferences, habits loyalties, culture, beliefs, norms, defaults etc. It will require the willingness of the persons with the problem to make the needed adjustments necessary for change.
